A. YES, we offer several different pricing packages. Please call for additional special pricing.
Q. Can I pick up the rentals directly?
A. No, we are sorry that is not our policy. Some competitors may allow that but we feel it is best if we do it. These moonwalks are very heavy, require proper set up to ensure safety, and need to be inspected at set up and pickup.

A. We personally inspect and clean every product we rent after each rental. We DO NOT rent dirty items to our customers.
Q. Can I come by and see your products?
A. The best way to see our products is online. We can send additional pictures at your request.
Q. Can I keep the inflatable overnight or get a late night pickup? How late can I keep the rental?
A. We will decide this on a case by case basis. An additional fee would apply. Many factors have to be considered such as weather, next day rental by another customer and security of our equipment.
Q. What happens if it rains?
A. During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. heavy rain, high winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of the rental agreement, there will be no refunds!
